IDS prides itself in the information we report to our customers. Our IT department is continuously looking for new technology that will keep IDS on the leading edge. We utilize an internet based reporting system that is customizable and captures all information on inbound freight. This information is password protected and can only be seen by those you authorized to do so. With the information we capture we work with you to improve inbound operations. Currently we use top of the line handheld devices to capture our information.

IDS is constantly looking for ways to improve our information technology by understanding our customers' needs. We believe we are better than our competitors because we not only provide accurate information but know how to leverage it. Our reports reflect what is happening on your dock and are not changed in any way from the time we enter information until the time you review it. We meet weekly (at a minimum) with our customers to look for opportunities and create solutions. Our reports are easily customizable and all information remains in our secure data base for your accessibility.
